The Show House is open daily from September 16 through October 13, 2026.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Admission is offered in 90-minute timed sessions. Guests will select an available entry time when purchasing tickets.
Advance Tickets: $50 per ticket when purchased online
Group Discount: Purchase 10 or more tickets in advance and pay $45 per ticket
At the Door: $60 per ticket, subject to availability
No Discount Codes: There are no coupon codes or additional discounts available.
Accessibility: Please note there is no working elevator in the Show House. If mobility is a concern, please keep this in mind before purchasing, as no refunds will be given.
Transportation & Parking: Parking in Greenwich Village is limited. We strongly encourage guests to use ride-share services or public transportation when visiting the Show House.
